#188 – Prayer and personality 🗓
With Dr Pablo Martínez Vila
Prayer is the highlight of our spiritual life, but we are more than just "spirits", we are a unity of body, mind and spirit. Our personality and temperament have a great influence on our spiritual life and our prayer life in particular. This is why it is important to get to know how the weak and strong points of our personality affect the way we pray. Extroverts, for example, preferring action, will struggle to have a regular prayer discipline; introverts will find it more difficult to pray in public. Prayer should not be one more burden in life, but a pleasure to enjoy.
