#279 Training Christians on end of life issues 🗓

8 January, 14:00 UTC+0

Dying with Christ – Living with Hope is a faith-based program designed to equip churches and communities to respond thoughtfully to end-of-life issues, including the growing expansion of euthanasia (MAiD) in Canada.

The course combines medical, ethical, theological, and pastoral perspectives, helping participants explore what it means to live and die in the hope of Christ. Through structured sessions, discussion, and reflection, it offers both education and spiritual formation. Participants gain a deeper understanding of suffering, palliative care, and Christian teaching on life and death, while being empowered to accompany others with compassion, truth, and pastoral sensitivity.
