#304 Leadership integrity 🗓

9 July, 14:00 UTC+1

Leadership failings are rarely out of the headlines—whether in politics, healthcare, or, most painfully, Christian ministry. Weak accountability structures and dysfunctional systems contribute to unhealthy leadership, but Scripture points to a deeper issue: the character of the leader. What we need are leaders marked by genuine and consistent integrity.

In this webinar, Paul Coulter will offer a clear definition of integrity and outline core principles and practical ideas for recognising and sustaining it in leadership, even amid pressure and challenge. The aim is to encourage healthier leadership across church, mission, and healthcare settings.
