Dr Benjamin Bronnert Walker is a historian of global health and religion, and Fellow of the Royal Historical Society. He is the Strategic Portfolio Manager for the Diocese of Leeds in the Church of England and coordinates the Anglican Health and Community Network, the official global health network of the Anglican Communion. His book 'Religion in Global Health and Development: The Case of Twentieth Century Ghana’ was published in April 2022 by McGill-Queen's University Press. The research was funded by the Wellcome Trust and he was based in the WHO Collaborating Centre for Global Health Histories at the University of York (UK).
