#302 The impact of training in mission hospitals 🗓
With Dr Peter Halestrap
Mission hospitals have historically played a vital role not only in delivering healthcare but also in training and mentoring healthcare workers. This educational ministry provides opportunities for mission hospitals to address local healthcare needs in a sustainable manner, with formally approved programmes enabling further influence and partnership potential.
Training provides a wonderful environment in which discipleship can thrive, ensuring graduates have not only the requisite clinical skills but also a heart to use these gifts to serve God.
In this session we will look together at the opportunities and challenges for mission hospitals involved in training to increase their impact, locally, globally and eternally.
