Noel Aruparayil

Eurasia Regional Secretary

Noel has been involved with MXAR during his medical school years in Tver, Russia and actively participated and organised several events and summer camps around Tver and Moscow regions. He also worked closely with PRIME and was involved in translation and hosting educational events for healthcare professionals in Russia. 
When he moved to the UK, he worked as an International Intern at the CMF Head Office in London and was involved in organising the CMF Sydenham International Conference in 2010. For the last eight years, he co-led with his wife Laura, a regional CMF group in Leeds for students and healthcare professionals. 
He is a GI Resident Surgeon and is currently pursuing his PhD in Global Surgery at the School of Medicine, University of Leeds.
