Dr Peter Saunders trained as a general surgeon at Auckland Medical School, New Zealand, before serving as a doctor in Kenya. He served with the Christian Medical Fellowship UK for 27 years and in 2019 he became Chief Executive of the International Christian Medical & Dental Association (ICMDA), which brings together Christian medical and dental associations in more than 100 countries.
Ella Metry, born and raised in the Netherlands, with a bicultural background (half-Dutch, half-Egyptian). She is working as a paediatric resident in Amsterdam and is part of the ICMDA fieldworker team, currently covering Europe and MENA (Middle East, North Africa).
