Wei-Leong is a General Practitioner and founder & director of Linking Hands, a medical networking agency connecting Christian medical professionals & students to short & long term opportunities, crisis relief and student elective programmes.
He chairs the Singapore CMDF, is the ICMDA Regional Secretary for South East Asia, and is involved with the Medical Missions Foundation which raises funds for doctors and dentists in the field.
He helped found and chairs a not-for-profit company, HealthServe Ltd, that reaches out to the fringe communities of foreign workers and commercial sex workers.
