β€œLong an occupational hazard among social workers, burnout is a growing problem among those on the front lines, including aid workers, medical professionals, legal services providers and resettlement volunteers.”
- Katia Savchuck (The Development Set) (Bright Magazine)

This session will look at the causes of burnout and compassion fatigue, then explore preventative strategies for individuals and organisations.
