Dr Shivam Natarajan is a senior healthcare transformation leader, clinician, and digital health strategist with more than 25 years of international experience across the NHS, Middle East, Europe, and global health technology sectors. He brings a unique combination of clinical expertise, executive leadership, healthcare consulting, and AI-enabled digital transformation experience, having worked across providers, governments, integrated care systems, and health technology organisations.
Currently serving as Global Head of Healthcare and Lifesciences at Experion Technologies, he leads global healthcare strategy and innovation initiatives focused on AI, population health, digital platforms, and healthcare product engineering across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and the United States.
Over the course of his career, Dr Natarajan has held senior leadership positions including Interim Chief Medical Information Officer at Dedalus Group, Chief of Healthcare Services at Ajlan Medical Sector in Saudi Arabia, Senior Advisor and Head of eHealth to the Ministry of Health in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and senior transformation roles across major NHS organisations including Barts Health, Royal Free London, Imperial-linked systems, and Integrated Care Systems across England.
